We ask you to please cancel/reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. We will need to charge half of the appointment cost of the service if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame. We understand that life happens sometimes, so we ask that you please communicate with us if any issues arise. We need to enforce this to respect the other clients wanting to get in and the time and money this takes from the stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to see you in our chair!
